What can VietBuddy help me with?
VietBuddy is your local destination management team in Vietnam. We arrange private transportation and accommodation, provide local buddies to guide you around, and help you discover food and local experiences. We also support you virtually before and during your trip.

Can a local buddy show me around in person?
Yes! Our local buddies act as guides, taking you around the city, recommending food, and introducing you to local experiences. Tell us your dates, where you're visiting, and what you enjoy so we can plan an outing with you and confirm availability and pricing.

Can you arrange private transport and accommodation?
Yes. We can arrange private transportation and accommodation around your travel plans. Share your route, dates, group size, preferences, and budget. We'll discuss suitable options and confirm the arrangements and price with you before booking.

What does virtual support include?
You can reach us on WhatsApp for local recommendations, trip-planning advice, and help with questions while you travel. Booking assistance, detailed itinerary planning, and interpreting depend on the package or services you choose. We'll help you find the right level of support.

What is included in the price?
It depends on the package or arrangements you book. A virtual-support package does not automatically include an in-person guide, transport, accommodation, meals, or activity tickets. We'll confirm what's included, any separate costs, and the agreed price before you book.

When should I get in touch?
Get in touch as soon as you know your travel dates, especially if you'd like us to arrange accommodation, transport, or a local guide. Already in Vietnam? Message us with what you need and we'll check what we can arrange.

How do I book and pay?
Start with a message on WhatsApp. We'll discuss your plans, confirm the services and price, and share payment details. We accept cash in VND, PayPal, Wise, local Vietnamese bank transfer, and VNQR where available. Payment is normally due before or at the start of the service, as agreed when booking.

What languages do you support?
We mainly chat in English. If you'd like a guide or virtual support in another language, let us know before booking so we can check availability.

Can I change or upgrade my booking?
Message us on WhatsApp to discuss changes or additional services. You can upgrade your virtual-support package during your trip; additional charges depend on the new package and remaining duration. Changes to guides, transport, or accommodation depend on availability and the terms agreed when booking.
